Disgrace This place is horrible. I was actually sad when I left. It is dark, and full of garbage. Be careful you don't step on a critter or in a puddle while browsing the store.
Personable and Accommodating The customer service agents are personable and accommodating. People take the time out to help and answer anyone's questions. It is a terrific store at an even better location.

Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was shocked when I visited this pet store the other day! It is filthy dirty and the aquariums are gross. They have algae growing inside them. They also have huge parrots and other big birds in very small cages. I don't know how this store stays in business as the animals appear to be unhealthy and the place is disgusting. I will never buy anything there! PROS: None CONS: Just disgusting!

Great selection. Aqua World has a really good selection of saltwater fish. I wish I had more space in my tank to fit all the fish I want.
