My route was sold to this company and has been lacking ever since. How do you clean a pool in 15 minutes? Tiles always dirty and what an algae nightmare. This company is not good with outdoor pools that have no protective cage and are exposed to the sun all day. Also my pool timer box was left open on several occasions which could have been damaged by moisture. They need George back asap!!! Don't get me started on the billing. It comes when it comes and makes you look past due.....
We had this service for about three years. They were fine up until about six months ago. The tech admitted to shorting on previous services. Also turned on water for pool and left it running all day long.This last time I have had it and called the company. Not only were they short and uncaring towards the issue, they accused me of being behind by four months. Which I was not. My checks were getting cashed, but my account was not getting credited.
