Man what a relief. I went to them with fear and questions. The staff is super friendly and doctor mendez was super knowledgeable. And the patient advocate was amazing also. Nikki explains everything so you understand it. So glad I gave them a try.
Today I met with Dean and Margaret to review my labs and to discuss options for weight loss. Margaret explained my labs very well and answered my questions with great detail about the weight loss options. Next, I met with Dean. Dean provided the breakdown of financial options without making me feel pressured or rushed into making a decision that day. The professionalism of Dean and Margaret was to notch!
