RIP OFF SCAM ARTISTS WITH NO PROOF OF SERVICE. I have asked for the data (i.e. ppm, chlorine, alkalinity... the basics) many times and required they notify me before performing anything beyond regular maintenance and they continue to charge huge amounts for services I don't need. They think they own your spa and can charge you outrageous fees for cleaning, water and filter changes arbitrarily and claim "it was really dirty and needed it".
