If I could place 0 stars that would be the rating for this demented, I lived 5 years and it is impressive how the owners of this property are in charge of an 80-year-old demented who does what she does is humiliate the tenants, when you move forget about the $500 deposit they make you give, look for a thousand excuses not to return it to you, gentlemen don't even think about living there!!
Daniela is a miserable & horrible condo assoc. She does not do her job. She yells & cusses at us. She was so horrible to to the roofers they stopped mid way & now hslf the buildings have no roof. She has over 100 complaints against her at the North Miami Beach police department. And the owners of this complex do not care about the residence at all they do not make her do her job and they do not fire her for doing a bad job.
