I found Dale (one of the two owners) to be a horrible communicator, responding late (if at all) to both voicemails and emails. When asked repeatedly for specific information regarding his software invoices, he seemingly found it difficult to follow through, instead providing me a pdf. file dump for me to sort through (making me do his homework for him).
