We used to visit often and we loved it. We don't like cold water and that was a big factor for us, you could see warm steam in the big pool and it was heaven for us. Unfortunately I think since new management took over water is very cold. Every time we go I'm hoping it will go back to normal but its just worse. Few months back we had to leave as it was freezing. Today is was cold again and not fun at all. Unbearable for me.

Superb customer service. Due to sudden heavy rain we had to take shelter into the reception. Staff were super accommodating despite us not being customer that day. Definitely coming back. 😃😃

Was a fantastic place for many ages, I have 15 year old, 9 year old and 3 year old and there was a section for everybody and was brilliant fun. The Only issue is the parking being free is not shown anywhere until you get inside, so we paid and didn't need too. We arrived at 2pm and there was no toilet paper in girls toilet, we left at 3.15pm and it was still empty. Can't fault the pool and the cleanliness, the staff were amazing.
