Beautiful homes and neighborhood. The lagoon is amazing and great location.
Good quality houses but over prices, nearly 2 million dollar house next to each other, windows look at each utility boxes or bathrooms. There are balconies but all you can see roofs. 15 min from beach but they prices as if they are on the beach and oven view. 🤣 . They have joke size lagoon, it is big pool not a lagoon.
Beautiful neighborhood! We enjoy the courtyard style pool areas.
