RecommendedWe started here at the recommendation of a friend. My 8-year-old daughter knew the doggy paddle, and my 6-year-old son was not comfortable swimming at all. We set a goal to learn to swim this summer enrolling them in lessons twice a week. They LOVE it! What I love as a parent is watching how quickly they have progressed. Kind and helpful staff! They go above & beyond to make sure your kid has a positive experience. Also clean facility and ease of rescheduling if needed.
Great place to have your kids in swim lessons. Wonderful swim teachers, clean and well organized facilities.
My daughter is really happy here! The only thing that I have a problem with is not being able to find a changing room after class. There are signs posted that say "Do not reserve rooms" but yet parents do. They put their bags in there before going to get their kids making it nearly impossible to find a vacant room. Please start enforcing this more because it isn't fair to the paying customers who ARE following the rules with those rooms. (Westerville location)
We started Aqua-Tots in September but my kids have been doing swimming lessons for about 6 months. The first few lessons my 6 year old used to sit on the edge of the pool crying and now about 2 months later he’s jumping in and says he wants to be an Aqua-Tots teacher when he grows up! The instructors are so friendly and patient. We tried a different swim school and this one is by far the best.
A year ago, my daughter would cling to me in water past her waist, and wouldn’t have dreamed of putting her face in the water. Today, we went to zoombezi bay and she LOVED the wave pool! She wanted to go in the deep end, and rode the waves like a champ! She got run over by a few and it didn’t bother her at all, she just kept at it. Seeing the change in her confidence was so great. If you want your child to swim well there are better swim lessons out there. I’ve had multiple problems with this place. I have voiced all of them to staff and they always call and try to fix but each week it’s something new. We r 15 minutes into a 30 minute class and his hair isn’t even wet. He is not afraid of the water at all either. They’ve stuck him in the wrong class before. They’ve not called his name, missing time in a short class, they don’t push him.
