Beyond disappointed. My child has been coming here a year and is a level 4. Her instructor was Brandon and he was "teaching" class tonight when my daughter almost drown. He was busy flirting with the girl in the lane next to him not noticing that my child had not made it back to the wall. She was under water for an extended period of time.
