I highly recommend aqua tots, it’s worth every penny spent! Coach Brendan is amazing with the kids and has made our son so much more comfortable in the water in just 2 lessons. He’s going under water and his back floating is already worlds better! All the coach’s are super great and employees are very friendly! The facility is very clean and a fun environment for the kids!
They have a free trail to see how your child does and see what level they recommend for them. Because of this we ended signing up our child for lessons. Small groups for the instructors to focus on each child and friendly staff.
I booked my child’s birthday party here 9/16/18. I was told the instructors would interact and play games with the kids and that they could use the rafts and pool accessories. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed with the experience and horrible attitude of the 3 employees working our party. They were so unnecessarily rude to the kids and when my son asked for more rafts~was told “No, share that one” with 4 others sitting there. We felt rushed and not one of the employees smiled once. I literally have nothing bad to say about this school. They are super flexible and are willing to do anything to make your child feel comfortable and happy while they are there. The instructors work amazingly with the kids. My son is only 4 and already knows how to freestyle with side breathing, backstroke, and is working on his breast stroke.
My daughter has been an anxious/shy child for as long as I can remember. But since starting swim lessons at Aqua-tots, she has gained so much confidence in herself. She's excelled so much, not just with swimming, but in other aspects of life as well. She absolutely loves coach Sarah and Coach Madelyn! The front desk staff has been wonderful with all scheduling questions (I've had a lot). It's a wonderful feeling having a a sense of calm knowing that my child will be able to swim safely. Thanks Aqua-Tots!!
Great swim school staff is always nice. Flexible with our schedule
Everything was great and our child was excelling and really listens to Coach Erica. We were just informed that they are moving Coach Erica to the Peoria location. Unfortunately our child doesnt respond to the other coaches so I guess we are done. Bad move by management there.
We love Aqua-Tots Surprise and coach Bain! Our daughter has been swimming since she was 6 weeks old and today she transitioned to a level 3 leapfrog where she is no longer swimming with us and is just with her coach! She did so amazing and we feel so comfortable with her around water which is huge, especially here in AZ. She knows good boundaries, how to pull herself out, to wait for an adult before entering, she can get a ring from the bottom, floats on her back and kicks all over the pool! So proud �
Terrible place.....no constistancy with instructors. My child went for 18 months and never went to the second level cause every time he went we had different instructors. Office staff is little to be desired. Didn't get any response from Chad the office manager till I emailed the owner of this location. Do yourself a favor don't waste your time and energy on this company who is only out to take your money!
