We've been swimming at Aqua Tots Springboro for over 3 years now and we're very happy. Our kids, ages 4 and 5, love it. The facility is always clean and well kept, the staff and instructors are super friendly. They know us by name when we walk in. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.
The Springboro location is a top-notch facility. They greet my daughter by name when we arrive for her swim lessons and the entire staff is extremely personable. The dressing rooms and bathrooms are clean and well attended to, as is the rest of the building. All of the instructors we've encountered have been professional, courteous, and have an abundance of patience; which is imperative when working with children who may show trepidation with performing skills in the water. Omg they got my son actually in the water and he is starting to enjoy it!! He was so scared of water! The instructors and staff are fantastic!
Very organized and efficient. They are great with my small children and don't rush learning the skills. My kids LOVE going to swim lessons.
Everyone is very friendly and nice, they also are great teachers. I feel like my child has learned to love the water in addition to learning great life skills! We definitely enjoy coming to swim!
We went to Aqua Tots for their Fall Bash and the manager came up to our kids and asked us if they "enjoyed their Cheeze-Its" only to ask us to stay out of the snacks for the "employees only." We opened our bag to show her that the Cheeze-Its came from our own personal bag. She kind of rolled her eyes at us and brushed it off (without an apology). We were having fun until that happened. Can you say, RUDE? Totally unnecessary!
