The facility is nice and compact. Great for first timers. My daughter is in level 6 and is enjoying all her classes.
I scheduled a make up class and they canceled it without notice, no courtesy call or email to notify me, they waited for my to showed up to the class and let me know that they canceled my son class because they enroll another kid in that class. The make up class was already paid if they did not notice it is not free. The people at the desk are teen and they did not offer other solution than we can reschedule your class. Both my kids had a great first lesson at Aqua-Tots today! The facility is super-nice, and the staff was great. They can't wait to go back next week!
