Everyone has been wonderful! They have worked with us as my children have gotten sick. They have helped my son go from being terrified to get in the water, go under water, etc... to loving jumping in by himself, and opening his eyes under water! His confidence is growing, and he's doing great. On the other end of the spectrum the instructors have started working with my daughter who has done competitive swimming on her technique.
