The staff and instructors are awesome! Super supportive of the kids. They always give some positive feedback (kids always need positivity), and frame any items to work on in an appropriate way.

The instructors are very patient and never stray from the lessons. I love how they treat all the kids the same and are always very welcoming
The instructors change so much that most of the time they do not really know your child’s weaknesses and strengths. He was in private lessons for over a year in level 7 without graduating. Each instructor gave me different feedback.
4 year old son started a week ago. Currently enjoys it and loves the level system. He’s a seahorse and said he wants to be a shark or sword fish. Great motivation for him to progress. Coaches do a great job. They rinse them off once they finish practice and provide plenty space for them to change after class and get dressed. Family friendly environment
Our Arin never liked water, baths or play time. He is 2 years old and used to tells everyone he is afraid of water. Arin needed caring skilled instructors. We found them at Aqua-tots in Helotes, Texas . The whole staff has made him feel comfortable and welcome. The whole coaching/teaching staff, from coaching director down has been patiently working with him. I have nothing but amazing things to say! The facility is always clean. The owner and employees go above and beyond to help, whatever it may be (including playing with my baby while I assist my toddler)! We’ve come for about a year now and we are treated like family every time we walk through the door!
