This place is truly incredible! All the staff is welcoming, friendly, helpful, and always wear a smile! The coaches are extremely patient with my son and have gotten him to come out of his shell! I’m so glad we found this place to teach our son water safely and to swim! Thank you so much aqua tots staff and location! I would recommend this place to everyone with kids even people I don’t know!
This place will push your child under water even if they don’t want to. They are terrible. Look elsewhere.
My daughter has been going for a month and I have seen her grow so much! The first class my daughter was crying in fear and now she begs to stay. The instructors are patient, uplifting, and take safety very seriously. I'm very pleased with the office staff who are warm, sweet, and welcoming. Very happy with our choice in swim schools.
My son has been coming since he was six months, we have our own pool, so naturally safety was our main goal. He is now 3 and not only does he enjoy the water he is able to swim. Staff is great and works with kids at all levels. Great swim school!!
The caring staff is very competent and I trust them with my grandchildren. I would recommend them to anyone with lil ones.
Love this place! We started 2 1/2 months ago! My son loves this place! If my son is upset I sing their Happy in song and it turns his mood around every time! There is such a lack of customer service this day in time. But these guys have it down! Manager (Bailey) always addresses my kiddo by name and always gives some kind of interaction with him! We are so thankful for the wonderful staff at Aqua Tots NRH! Our kids look forward to swim class and they have grown so much in their swim skills while learning about water safety as well! �
We love Aqua Tots! My 4 year old son has been coming here for 1.5 years now and he enjoys it. Max 4 kids for one instructor. Instructors are good and consistent between them. You are allowed as many make up classes as you accumulate them. Front staff is always nice and are willing to help in any way.
