It took us a year to get our daughter over being terrified to put her head under water as a result of the lessons. She started lessons already nervous but would put her head under water after she got more comfortable in the water. But they got her in the pool and instead of waiting for her to get confidence they shoved her under and she came up sobbing and inconsolable. RecommendedIncredible swim school. My son has severe sensory processing issues and it is a real challenge to get through the day sometimes. When we first started coming the first few lessons were heartbreaking seeing how scared and uncomfortable he was but after just TWO lessons he has began to LOVE IT. He is now always excited to go see his coaches and to swim. It is so amazing to see him doing to something he actually enjoys while also learning to be safe. RecommendedMy toddler has absolutely loved her swim lessons at Aqua-Tots! Everyone is so friendly, safety-oriented, and fun! She gets so excited to wave to her teacher and jump in the pool. She has gained so much confidence, trust, and a healthy fear in the water and I feel confident knowing her abilities when we’re around water. I recommend starting kids in swim lessons at Aqua-Tots especially at the parent and tot level!
