Yesterday was our family's first time going. My daughter (2) and son (4) were signed up and paid for over the phone. When we first arrived we had a billing issue but it was quickly resolved. Everyone that works there were really friendly and patient. There is a glass wall between the pool and the waiting area where the parents wait for their children to complete their sessions... Very disappointed, the first today we very good I was really happy with my son instructor but when she couldn't make it to class they replaced her with this teenager boy that didn't know what he was doing, I had to get to the pool and stopped the class, thankfully another teacher took over she saw what was happening but after that my 3 year old son was very scared to go in the water. When his instructor came back she even asked me what happened to him because he was really scared. After that I had to cancel every class every... read more

Yesterday was my son's first at the school. He's a Level 4 but at first was very unhappy about the new surroundings. But he was soon having a blast. I am so lucky to have found this place close to my home. He also likes the basketball hoops & other toys to pass the time waiting for the lesson, & was intrigued by the swim clothes drying machine.
