At first it was fine. Then the disorganization really started to show. Progress cards are critical to helping the kids level up, however instructors don’t complete the cards to provide feedback. My son eventually “leveled up” after evaluation by a different instructor and then the progress card was lost. It was going to be addressed. It wasn’t. Then we waited while the team tried to figure out who his swim instructor should be. It’s scheduled in advance… not day of.

We love this place! The people are very nice and my kid is learning so fast!
Love the classes and how much my daughter has improved from just being comfortable in the water to now happily swimming across the pool and learning different strokes. I recommend these swim lessons to everyone as it helps your children be more comfortable in the water and gain confidence.

A mother doing her best should never, ever be shamed, ESPECIALLY not in from of an ENTIRE class of other parents and children. If y’all claim to care about teaching children, y’all need to have a little compassion and understanding when they act like children.
Aqua Tots is helping my son get more comfortable in the water! He is in the fast track program and loves to show us what coach Jacob has taught him!
