Building was set up well and instructors were nice to kids. Easy to change classes if timing conflict. However, too much inconsistency with coaches made it difficult to progress. Coaches couldn't keep track of how kids were doing and if they were improving from class to class. We took lessons for 3 months and I'm guessing they rarely reviewed his scorecard. Probably wouldn't recommend if improvements not made.
April (GM) is awesome! All of the instructors are very patient and everyone is really nice! On top of regular lessons, they do occasional seasonal parties where they have food and games along with open swim so parents can get in with their kids! This adds an extra touch and I think it helps the kids feel more comfortable both in the water and with the instructors.
Such a wonderful experience my son continues to have at Aqua Tots!!! My son absolutely loves it! He was so shy and timid at first and now he is swimming front stroke pretty much on his own!! Every person working there has shown so much love and kindness toward my son and he is so much more confident now!!! I can't thank you all enough! Kudos to you all for the wonderful job you do!
We absolutely love Aqua-Tots! We have 2 and 5 year old boys who have learned so much more than just swimming. Confidence, communication skills and of course swim skills have vastly improved since we started about 6 months ago. I highly recommend them!
My girls (18m & 3y) love it. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is that my youngest should move to level 3 but she's too young. It would be nice if they offered a parent involved level 3 class so she could learn more in the 12 months between now and when she is actually old enough for level 3.
Horrible experience. They had our time slot wrong. We confirmed when we got there it was at 9:30 am. 9:30 comes and goes. We ask front desk what's up...and then they tell us we've been moved to 9:45. Instructor never even tells us his name, nor learned the kids name. After class, he Announced to everyone that our girls passed to next level right in front of little boy who they just told needs to 'keep trying.' Completely inappropriate. Our 3 and 7 year old boys have made huge strides in their skill and comfort levels in the water. The instructors all seem to love to teach and are great with kids. Can't say enough about how much we love this place!!
All I can say is that we wish we would have known about this place sooner! Our son is making huge strides in his swimming skills in a short amount of time! Thank you Aqua-Tots!!!
This is a great place. Thry have a friendly atmosphere and great staff. The instructors are engaging and knowledgeable. My daughter loves to go and always hates to leave.
