All of our son's instructors were very patient and helpful. Special shoutout to Master Instructor Selena for taking a personal interest in seeing my son improve, feel safe, and have fun! Aqua-Tots cancellation and makeup policy is world class. I wish more busineses were this flexible and accommodating.
I cannot thank Selena and Emerson enough. I personally wanted to give up because my daughter did not like swimming at all. Selena met with her and quickly built a rapport with her. I was so doubtful that my daughter’s opinion would change but Selena’s confidence in the process definitely reassured me. She was right. Have not even gone to aqua tots yet because no matter how often my wife and I call after leaving 3 voicemails they are not even bothering to return our calls. That’s just bad business overall for new clients. Off to Goldfish we go.
Our daughter has been coming here since she was 15 months. She has been learning from Coach Shaniya, who is an awesome coach. Our daughter is always excited to go for her swim class. I will highly recommend it.
My daughter has been loving Aqua tots for the past few years. We’ve seen a lot of progress lately from coach Branko who has been amazing!
