Really disappointing experience. Classes are cancelled or moved to a new time with little to no notice. The customer service staff is not accommodating, attentive or responsive. They are only there to enforce a strict policy that forces you to pay for two months of subpar swimming classes. The place is generally not great in terms of cleanliness.
My experience every time with Latifah (sorry if I misheard the name) has been amazing! Incredibly helpful and friendly attitude and always finds the solution, even when it's definitely my fault. For instance when I didn't know you cannot get a makeup class when you cancel a makeup class, they provided important education on that. This location has wonderful coaches. Highly recommend if your tot needs to learn what to do in water.
They were very accommodating to our family and let us use some of my niece's classes for her cousin. It was quick and easy!
This place is great. The coaches have been so patient with our 3 year old who was terrified the first day. Now we are 2 weeks in and she can’t wait for her classes. They have a great program to get your little one comfortable in the water while building up their swimming foundations so beautifully. We particularly appreciate Coach Jasmine for her extra special care of our daughter. If you’re thinking about signing up, do it!
Ms. Lehtffah was extremely wonderful and caring about all my little swimmers needs and concerns her customer service is impeccable. Im a 1st time mom and she ensured me we will be ok.
