I appreciate the way my concerns were handled. Roman, the General Manager, took the time to listen, was very kind, professional, and understanding, and worked to address the issues I raised. Since speaking with him, the concerns I had have been resolved, and I appreciate the effort the team made to improve the experience. Thank you for taking customer feedback seriously.

I think the classes should be a bit more challenging. My granddaughter has made good progress, but it has taken quite a long time considering she attends twice a week. From what I’ve seen, the instructors seem a little too cautious in how much they push the kids. I also think the children should be encouraged to swim longer distances across the pool to help build their confidence and endurance.

This far it's coming close to a year and I can say the classes are truly worth the money! The staff is amazing and very informative. My little one is learning so much and growing to love the water even more! So having that comfortable that he's learning these life saving skills and confidence in the water brings me a good bit of comfort. Thanks aqua-tots
