I received a gift card and decided to get a manicure and pedicure. I was exciting about going to this spa. I was denied a pedicure due to discoloration of a nail. I am under the care of a dermatologist and my feet were evaluated and no treatment was recommended. The girl was extremely rude. Would not put my feet in water but put polish on my toes and used other things on my toenails to buff them and file them. The polish went back on the shelf for other people to use. I’ve been here several times. This time the communication is pitiful. I’ve had pedicures from several different places and this is the first time I’ve ever been denied a pedi due to discoloration of a nail. I’ve had old trauma to the mail and it’s not been their definition of “normal.” It’s been looked at ~ no fungus etc but they require “medical clearance” Due to no contamination by putting my feet in water!
