Purchased from here and never received order. Have been trying to contact them for weeks and they will not answer phone calls or emails.
I placed and order online for 3 Conery Float Switches on May 18, 2018. The items never came. Over the next several weeks and months I tried calling and emailing them. The first 2 times I could talk to someone but the "guy who takes care of online orders" was never available. For the last month they do not answer the phone anymore... I don't know if they are going out of business or what? They charged my credit card but never send me anything.
Had an order placed with the company for 6 weeks that was supposed to be rush shipped right away. They didn't inform us that they couldn't fulfill the order for 6 weeks (even after many attempts of follow up on my end). The salesman, Joe, avoided all contact (emails/phone messages) and the office was not helpful as well. They had no problem charging the card right away, but never sent the product.
