Lilly went well beyond the normal way of doing things to help us fix our pool pump during the busy Christmas festive season. From start to finish it has been a very easy & pleasant experience dealing with Aqua Technics. Idris was very upfront & not pushy, explained everything that was needed for both us & them to do. From the first of their team to arrive they were very quick & pleasant with no dramas at all, the guys worked well together. A funny moment was trying to put in the backwash sinkwells, the sides kept collapsing, poor guys had to jump in the whole 20 odd times to redig it. Absolutely outstanding experience with Acqua Technics! From the very beginning, the team has been professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive.
