From start to finish it has been a very easy & pleasant experience dealing with Aqua Technics. Idris was very upfront & not pushy, explained everything that was needed for both us & them to do. From the first of their team to arrive they were very quick & pleasant with no dramas at all, the guys worked well together. A funny moment was trying to put in the backwash sinkwells, the sides kept collapsing, poor guys had to jump in the whole 20 odd times to redig it. Absolutely outstanding experience with Acqua Technics! From the very beginning, the team has been professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. The team at Aqua Technics are fantastic!!! From the initial quote through to the installation, the process was smooth. We were kept informed all the way, and they delivered as promised. A special shout out to the end-to-end team Shunning (Sales/quotation), Amber (point of contact/liaison), and Matt (our Project Manager). Just over 2 years since our install and this is how our pool has settled the spa has a significant fall along the beams away from the overflow into the pool… (about 20mm lower over the 1850mm length of the spa) we have had a it inspected and no real concern or offer of rectification. For the cost of getting this pool installed I was expecting a much higher quality install and after sales support.
Got our pool installed in August. No drama. Down side only short notice for contractors to come
