Hello there! Happy 4th of July! I was cleaning the pool this morning and I found out the blue house was the one I had initially but the pipe you installed it's bigger, that's the reason all that dirt was in the deck like I showed you yesterday. If you remember you charged me to left that hose working to take the water out on the black hole and avoid the dirty water from backwashes be in the deck pool. If you did let me know at that time that blue hose didn't work being smaller of the pipe you installed I should buy a new one... read more
Mark and his crew went the extra mile to keep my pool sparkling clean. Unfortunately he had other commitments and could no longer service my pool.
Mark took care of our pool this summer while we were gone. He seemed very knowledgeable about the use of chemicals. He did a great job. I will be glad to hire him again.
Very bad service got black algae, the owner is not good at maintaining chemistry and argued all the time creating a new problem , and not addressing real pool issues. I don’t recommend this pool services to anyone. I regret having him cleaning my pool. He doesn’t deserve even have a star
