Extremely helpful and they were almost half of what the other pool installation services in the area were charging. Steve knows pools inside and out, with 32 plus years experience he is one of the best in the business. He installed my pool in 2012, very professional. It was 95 out that day, they worked till they were finished at 5 pm and started filling my pool. We were swimming the next day.
We needed to have our liner replaced. Steve and Heidi were quick to respond, professional and provided a fair quote. The order time to installation was quick. We are very happy with all aspects of the service provided and will refer them to family and friends!!
My cousin has been waiting months and not a word. You dropped off a pool and never put it together which was part of the deal. Not answering calls or messages. No effort to fix anything and pulling down all the bad reviews you have got in the past.
Unfortunately we did not have the best experience.They started working at 3pm as they were delayed due to traffic and worked until 9:40pm. They told us to turn on the water in the morning and fill the pool half way and they would be back to finish after lunch but they did not return. We still didn’t hear from them the following day and since we had already been delayed a month due to rain we were not interested in waiting any longer so we put together the pump, skimmer and ladder ourselves and cleaned up the trash left behin... read more
From start to finish this was a smooth experience. They completed the job on time and even arranged water delivery for us. Also walked up through yearly maintenance. Will be sure to call back to close the pool.
