I hired Aqua-Tec to repair a leak in my Spa pool. After they finished the repair, but before I had the resurfacing done, none of the spa jets were working. Aqua-Tec returned, again dug up where they had replaced the broken pipe and said they fixed whatever they had mistakenly done wrong the first time. After resurfacing, I noticed that the two outside spa jets were still not working.
