This company is by far the best option. I got multiple quotes from other companies: kinetico above $4500 with no R.O. , Ecowater (from Costco) $7,000, Leaf Water systems $4,000 with no R.O. and a warranty problems, Rainwater (from Home Depot) $8,700!!! and AQUA SYSTEMS was at $3,300 for a softner system with catalytic carbo and an R.O. with the install!! Responsive, honest, reliable, good communication, helpful tech info, professional, thorough - don't get me started! The rarity of a great firm with great customer service on display.
Our previous system was inoperable and by the time that I contacted Aqua Syestems our water hardness was almost 100 grains. I called four water softening companies to assess our system and to give us a quote. My husband was extremely impressed with Chase and his knowledge, professionaism and confidence in that he could help us, so we chose him. This company is amazing! Our water softener went out and I contacted Aqua Systems. They came out and assessed the system and went over the options. We decided to install a new system. They were so efficient and communicated every step of the way. We couldn't be happier with the customer service and efficiency.
Their service was top-notch and very white glove high end experience at very affordable prices. Folks these guys are it! At Aqua Systems of Dripping Springs they did not skim in personal service tailored to you water needs.
