Had an appointment with Aqua Systems of South Bend to install a Reverse Osmosis System. When I called as to the status of the install person (who was 10 minutes late in a 2-hour window), I was treated extremely rude by N******, the customer service rep, and he talked very condescending to me. After a frustrating conversation I just canceled my order and that is when customer service rep started yelling at me.
