This company never responds to emails. Had a leak upon installation and contacted company and sent video that they requested. Told them exactly what was wrong. Never got replacement parts. After waiting several weeks i went to home depot and got what I needed to fix the leak. Further more I post on Facebook to get free filter replacements. We had our water softener and reverse osmosis systems serviced by Aqua Systems. (filters changed, water softness tested.) The service tech was very condescending. When I asked a question, he acted irritated that I was asking; as if I should know the answers. He finished the complete service in about 15 minutes. I feel that with paying the service fee of $165 labor + parts, the technician should have willingly answered my questions without a snarky attitude.
