Brian did a great job on the initial service call of a failed competitor's water softener. It was not a product that he had parts for but he took the time to help clarify some questions that I had after I had researched how to debug the system. I took it apart and thoroughly cleaned all the parts to no avail, and the failing system was not covered under warranty.
