I do not have an Aqua System but I have been communicating with Erin and if that company is anything like her I'll be extremely satisfied. Erin has not only been professional and personable over phone calls and emails but is knowledgeable and her responses are quick.
Very thorough and knowledgeable of his work and the equipment I have. Easy and comfortable in discussing how to make the repairs as well as the costs. He’s very good at what he does.
Kason did an excellent job home-delivering and refilling 8 bags of water softener salt pellens! He is very efficient, pleasant, courteous, easy to work with, and manages his time well. He has been a great addition to and a fine asset of the Ft Wayne AquaSource office!
Corey was professional and very knowledgeable. He removed the old softener and installed the new system efficiently. After dealing with a different company previously, the experience with Aqua Systems was a huge improvement. The entire process was smooth—from the initial conversation with the sales team to the final installation. I highly recommend them.
