Went out of town and air pump went out wife called them and they came out and charged her 800 dollars for a 97 dollar air pump they had on truck I called them to ask about it they told me someone would call back and nothing . Totally taken advantage of my wife

Eight months into our new custom home. They have drilled two wells (the first one collapsed). We still cannot take a bath. The water is black.
So my well pump on my 60yr old well went out 2 days ago. No water & five kids, not a good combination. I sent the family to the In-Laws and started calling different Well companies. Aqua Star/Northwest Water Wells responded quickly, came out and inspected the situation, and gave me a fair price for a very well engineered system.
