I have been trying to get a quote for a pool cover since August 26th when I called to have someone come out and provide me an estimate. They had me on a list, but I guess I was forgotten so I called back on September 15th and was told someone would be out within a week. No one showed so I called again on Sept. 23rd. Was driving and was cut off when they were in there company van and were on a turn only labe and decided to jist cut right in. The were completely rude after that when could have simply acknowledged they were in the wrong. Seems like a real bad group of employees there from what I'm seeing in the reviews. Be careful in dealing with these people

We are so completely happy with the excellent service from Aqua Specialists. They were referred to us 20 years ago and have always been more than happy & grateful for their prompt responses and their expert maintenance of our pool. We are a bit older, and we are grateful for that they are mindful of our concerns.

We bought a house with a pool where Aqua Specialists were used by the previous owners. We called to see what the cost of opening had been in recent years, which was around $500 for the past three years. This price was for a complete pool opening. We attempted to open the pool ourselves - took the cover off, added salt, added chemicals - but it was still very green. Reasonable prices for opening and closing our pool. Very reliable. They contact me via email and put me on a schedule almost a year in advance. Most dr’s offices can’t even do that! I love that I don’t have to even remember, they do it for me and the service is streamlined and convenient. They come, they do their work, they leave, i receive a summary of the work via email and I pay the bill online or by calling in.
