Staff on shift was very helpful over the phone. Letting me know to bring in a tap water sample to aid with initial start up for the swimspa. This helped in the store with discussions on what steps to take and ways to go about them. Very helpful!

Jevaughn was helpful and pleasant when I came in with chemical needs for my spa. I grabbed the wrong item, that looked similar. After discussing what I needed, he directed me to the correct item. I am glad he was there and paid attention. L

I have never owned a hot tub prior to this and I decided to buy from Aqua Spas and Pools because they had great customer ratings. I knew I would need help throughout the process from initially selecting the right hot tub for my family to installation and set up. After a hellish experience trying to buy a hot tub from aquaquip we decided to try locally owned Aqua Spas. From start to finish the experience was amazing. Tonya is professional and knowledgeable and essentially matched and beat the "labor day sale price" from aquaquip. The spa arrived on time with no red tape and she even attended the delivery and gave us a complete orientation.
