I sure wish I would have read these reviews before I bought from Aqua Spas. Salesmen lie, customer service lies, always coming up with excuses why they had to reschedule, & even when promised "it will happen on this day", still nothing & no phone call! I can't understand why they have an A+ rating with BBB, should be F---! When delivery people set up swim spa, water was already filling spa, I looked in & asked where soft treads were, they said "they went to someone else's spa", they knew there wasn't soft treads in there, ye... read more

While this is not so much about the distributor as it is for the manufacturer Master Spas, I feel Aqua Spas could have done more for us. Here's the sory; we bought the biggest swimming/hot tub spa they have... they installed it and left. No instructions, no waiting to have the water tanker fill it up and test it... just dropped it off and left. It hasn't been a year since we installed it and the spa is falling apart. The screws and metal parts RUST? How is it that they put metal parts that rust in a Swimming Spa? When I told... read more

I wish I could do less than 1 star on this review. I came into the Broomfield location and spoke with a salesman whom I will not name he showed us hot tubs and we found one we liked. The price he quoted was 9,000 however, that was a little steep and we let him know we would wait and discuss.he said if we filled out an application he would hold it 72 hours because this was a sale and all other sites are selling from the same inventory. I told him ok but we will call him with a decision by end of day. We decided not to purchas... read more

Multiple times I have paid for them to come and repair their tub and multiple times, they said it was our fault. One time the hose nozzle was pushed so far in that we could not empty the tub and when we called to ask them to send someone out to pull it out for us since it was pushed in by their repair man, they said it would cost us. We were not the reason the nozzle was unreachable - - - Each experience with them was costly and very unpleasant.

Stay away from Aqua Spas. This place deserves 0 stars. So many problems. First of all, the sales people lie throughout the sales process. Let's review some of the lies I was told... Lie #1 - They claimed that my spa was practically "maintenance free", and that I would only have to add a tiny amount of chlorine after each use. False. The manual delivered with the spa lists numerous chemicals needed, and I am constantly having to add them to try to keep the water clear, which is next to impossible.
