I ordered a new cover for my hot tub on October 10, 2020. They said it would have to be a special order. No problem, I just needed to get a new cover. I called on October 20 to check on status, they couldn't find an order and said they would order it. I called back on November 5. They set up an appointment between 1-5 to deliver the new cover. We purchased a 7.2 twilight series Master spa from Aqua Spas with delivery on October 30th. We stopped in with a few questions and Sean in Longmont helpful and professional. I will keep coming back for my maintenance needs and advice. I would also like to say thanks to the install team, Austin and his partner. They were friendly, very careful, and worked hard to make sure I was all set up and had all of my questions answered. Thank you Aqua Spas!

Please dont use this company, I buy my tub from black Friday and it was just drop off in my back yard and nothing done to it

My name is Kodi Shafer and in April of 2019 I received a Michael Phelps Master Spa from Aqua Spas. Having been excited to finally receive my swim spa, I was disappointed to discover several issues from the beginning. I came into this store and was ready to buy a hot tub. Nobody came forward to help me, all the salesmen were sitting on their phones and talking to each other not seeming to care that they had a potential customer. The salesmen also didn’t know how to present themselves properly and they looked as if they all do drugs. Sales staff were great. We bought our hot tub in August 2018. But, delivery and customer service is dismal. Our spa was delivered without pillows, a broken lighting system, no Bluetooth, and no extra filters that are supposed to be included per the contract. It's November and none of this is resolved. The company does NOT call back or respond to email. And, they do not show up as scheduled. Our new hot tub is not as promised and nobody at AQUA SPAS Inc seems to care. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Pretty poorly. First of all we had to wait two and a half weeks before it could be installed. Now it is installed and won't heat. We were told it would be ready in 8 hours to sit in. The water temp is 60 degrees and it was installed 8 hours ago. Pretty disappointing. Especially when we had to wait so long to get it. We got this to reduce my stress. It has done nothing but stressed me out so far.

I purchased a hot tub from them at a tent sale that they were having at the Loveland Outlet mall, my wife was a little concerned because we were buying out of a tent. The salesperson assured me that they would be there for any help that we needed at any time. We have since called their store twice with questions about our spa and true to their word they helped us immediately in a prompt and courteous matter. We would recommend Aqua Spas to anyone looking for a hot tub, they have the help you need even after you buy. Shane
