Never buy out of area again! This has been a night mare! Try to deliver 4 days later then in a snow storm only have half the parts-so let’s wait another 2-3 weeks before they call again. Then can’t come after we wait all day for them. Month later finally set tub but still don’t have all the parts to tub-well we r still waiting. Should have known when payments changed interest rate was different then we were told should have been a sign to not do this!
I bought a spa from the Fort Collins store, the service and set up was great. They were good a explaining the care it needs to receive. When stopping by the store, they are great at answering any questions or concerns that you may have. There are several crystals they offered to put into the spa, that enhances the spa experiences.
I bought my store in Evergreen, Colorado. Danielle is a great sales person and I was very happy when I left the store. However Danielle's follow-up was terrible! She looked for one person to crane in the spa and gave up. I left her a message and she did not call back and when I called back 2 weeks later she said her phone had been broken. I asked to speak with the spa owner Matt and she said he was at another show and could not be reached. Kelcy Gilliland is one of the owners at the Fort Collins store. We needed to replace a couple of valves under warranty and he spent a lot of time with us explaining how they should be installed properly. Kelcy was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. We drove from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins, about 250 miles round trip and it was well worth our time and mileage to get the excellent customer service that he provided. My name is Kodi ***** and in April of 2019 I received a Michael Phelps Master Spa from Aqua Spas. Having been excited to finally receive my swim spa, I was disappointed to discover several issues from the beginning. Worst ever! Don’t even deserve 1star! Inflated prices to the tune of 50%-70% higher than on Amazon. Very deceitful with return policy and dishonest with Product claims. I have never dealt with such a rude company! There are so many spa companies in Ft. Collins. Please don’t waste your time or money at this one!
