I bought my store in Evergreen, Colorado. Danielle is a great sales person and I was very happy when I left the store. However Danielle's follow-up was terrible! She looked for one person to crane in the spa and gave up. I left her a message and she did not call back and when I called back 2 weeks later she said her phone had been broken. I asked to speak with the spa owner Matt and she said he was at another show and could not be reached.
