I swear they are reusing dirty water to wash cars. Both the drive thru and manual wash bays are awful. My. Car comes out dirtier than when it went in. It use to be good. But not anymore

3rd time ive gone into the manual wash bays, for a disappointment. The bay closest to the automatic leaks at the foam brush so bad it sprayed me more than my truck. After $7.00 in the wash, I moved to another bay, soaked in wash soap on my leather seats. (Not the first time its happened here) The next wash bay had a brush in such bad shape I did not want to use it on my vehicle. The ultimate wash barely cleans, the car comes out dirty. Have tried this place several times, disappointing results every time.

This is the second time I have paid for Ultimate wash $15.00 and the arm hits my vehicle and stops mid wash. I then have to drive around and pay again to finish the wash on my own. This time the arm hitting my vehicle took a chunk of paint off the hood. Tried to contact the number provided on the wall and it is out of service? Would like some one to reach out as I have wasted $40.00 now on washes that did not finish and now have to have paint touch up done to fix the damages caused. I tried to get my car washed and none of the machines were working. It charged my card over 30$ and I didn’t even get to wash it. I am looking for the owners number because the one I found on google is out of service.
