I went this evening to get a car wash, and paid for the cycle while a car was in the wash bay like I usually would. The car had exited the wash bay then the car wash went out of order. I paid for the $16 premium cycle and was not able to use the wash. There was also no phone number listed to call, and the help button wouldn’t work at that point.
Just went through car wash payed 16.00 for best wash,did underside sprayed soap and little rinse i was inside not even 4 min total,then dryers came on so I left. Car was covered in soap still

Do not waste your money on this car wash. I wouldn't even call that soap when you use the self wash. As far as the drive thru, it's very expensive and the process going through has changed making it quicker to go through the results being an unclean car. I now go to Sarnia, City Centre car wash for 13.99 with better results for less money...I thank you for your response, but it does not clean the vehicle as it once did.
