I had a facial at aqua soul yesterday. During my service the facial lamp was accidentally dropped on my face , hitting my lip quite hard ( obviously not what you’re expecting to happen during a relaxing spa service, it caused my lip to swell and there is a bruise on the inside of my lip ) I do feel bad for the aesthetician as I know it wasn’t intentional .
