Brilliant service. Love the team
Disappointed in the non service of this company. Purchased spa from col at the Ballina store. At no time when purchasing was i told service to my area would be an issue. The spa started to have issues ...was working but not heating.... I phoned their shop but was always fobbed off. Eventually after googling what could be wrong by the error messages, I ordered a part from Col and installed a new sensor myself. This worked for a bit then it lost heat again. dont buy a spar from aqua solutions we did and regret it badly spar become unusable after 12 months and col would not fix it he said we damaged it.. but it failed to be usable due to the spar skin peeling of and sticking to our own skin ..col would not give us any warranty...we have a spar we carnt use..noel bell
Customer service was great. The lady helped us. Her knowledge was excellent 👏
