Looking for a new water company .
I am not sure what happened to this company, but in the past few years, service has went way down hill. I have to call every year to schedule my yearly service, instead of their promise to call me to set it up. I was scheduled for today between 10-1. It is now after 3pm with no call, no show, and no one answering the office phone. As of 5:30pm still no call, no show. The office phone mailbox is full and I can't leave a message. I have been dealing with this company for several years and every year I get more frustrated with how long it takes to get the owner, James to finally get here. He doesn't return calls, he's a no show for appts. I don't know what his problem is! Don't use this company! It's not worth the aggravation and waste of your time!
Since I cannot post NO STARS I have to do one star. In April our water filter was due to be changed. I started calling and leaving messages for Jim Lange, the owner of Aqua Solutions. I never got a call back so I messaged him thru Facebook since we WERE friends. It took a while for him to respond and say he would be over. He never showed up.
