Like everyone else has said, he started out great to get our service contract, then turned into a ghost. Wish I could give zero stars. Something is incredibly wrong with this company. Gave up using them. Stupid way to run a business unless your intention is going out of business. Stay away!
Had this company for several years and he just stopped responding, coming to service our units, and really disappointing because we thought he’d be good. If looking for a reliable company, this is not it.
I chose Aqua Solutions through Angi.com. James was one of two companies that was willing to install my water softener (all other companies don't risk installing equipment that isn't there's). Ultimately, in addition to installing the softener, I got a new carbon filter and well tank that needed to be replaced. The cost of everything was reasonable but I hadn't budgeted for the extra work so he did the work with just a down payment and is letting me make interest free payments for the balance!
