6 months now I’ve asked to have my membership canceled. I have been told each time it was taken care of yet again today another draft out of my bank. 4 different people I’ve spoke with I’ve even wrote down my information for them so they could make sure they get it right. This is insane. Especially when I filled out the paperwork I never signed to have my card auto drafted. We have been a loyal customer for 8 months buying one of the top packages in the membership program. We went this morning to get a wash done (we usually go frequently but due to life circumstances we have only used our membership maybe 2-3 times in the past month). On arrival today it asked us to renew our membership, mind you this is auto drafted automatically out of our bank account each month and I did not have my bank card on me.
