Our young technician was pleasant, competent and efficient- I’m sorry I didn’t get his name. He and his assistant ( a student apprentice - LOVE that Dewolfe does this) did a great job moving our water heater downstairs. It was our first time using Dewolfe but it will definitely not be the last. They were reasonably priced and available in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
Jhan is a great guy. Was knowledgeable and put on shoe covers in my house. Price was fair and service was great, so signed up for the Wolfpack for an annual visit
Professional and helpful. Had a guy named John out to my house to put in a smart water shutoff system in my house and he was quick clean and helpful. He took his time while I learned the app and how to use the device. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
New to the area, we found Aqua on google. we didn’t install the system ourselves and we wanted to know what we were dealing with. Doug and his team helped us with a variety of needs including servicing / cleaning, repair of corroded line sets, clean up poor installation and drywall patch. Doug was very helpful in explaining the issues as it was a large expense. When the tech Tyler left, the system was in tip top shape.
