Daulton was great. We got a reverse osmosis system with remineralization filter. Very happy with everything!

Daulton has been coming to service our RO system for several years now. He is very professional, efficient and personable every visit. We receive a reminder every year that our service is due, and booking an appointment is easy and no there are no "8 & 5" time frames, always a reasonable time frame. I would certainly recommend Aqua Service Niagara.
I just experienced the worst service here. I am a regular customer and for got my wallet. My e-transfer for some reason wasn’t working. I said could I bring the $3.20 later? She said I needed leave the water bottle there. (A way to guarantee I will come back with the payment). The customer service there needs a retraining. Just lost a customer.
