I’ve never received such horrible service in my life! I got my hair colored and cut by Shelly, I asked for a balayage and was given highlights that looked like grey hair as she only focused the bleaching towards the roots and the rest of my hair black. She said she’d fix it so I trusted her to. She completely destroyed my hair! She left it ORANGE and then told me she had an important phone call and had to leave. I highly recommend Shelly for lash extensions. She was lovely to talk to and I felt very comfortable there. She did a thorough job but still finished in time and the end result was stunning! I will absolutely be booking with Shelly again.
