*Update* added a star for Kyle. Spoke with the new owner (as of March/April ish 2024) Kyle, and he was very understanding about proper customer service. They are reforming their store to a higher standard. I greatly appreciate the care and attention he took with our emails. The employees can sure learn a thing or two from him.
