Went into this place after cleaning our hot tub!. We noticed there was an ant problem after cleaning out the hot tub. Took a video and a water sample and took it to Aqua Rec. We met Jevaughn, and he was super humble, as well as completely crushing the customer service role. First of all, he let us know that he was only 4 months on the job and was still learning the ins and outs. To which I absolutely love since he didn't pretend to know it all. Use your turn signal when driving a billboard for your company. Not only is it the law but it should be second nature unless you are a new driver. Do better. It just takes one to cause an accident.
I'm glad we bought our Hot Tub from Aqua Rec. The sales and installation were great but really what sets them apart is their service after the purchase. They are always helpful when we have any questions or need a water test to make sure our Hot Tub is clean and safe.
