I have a great, long standing relationship with Roger Barnett. Our sales rep he's been excellent to deal with. Very attentive. We recently updated our chemical feed system for our pool to the DCM3. Awesome system, but getting used to the new system has been a big learning curve. In that area Frank Vanek has been OUTSTANDING, whenever I ran into a hiccup I could always reach out to him for a resolution to our problem. I would be pulling my hair out if it wasn't for him. Have been getting chemicals and advice from the large chain pool stores wasted a ton of money This store is extremely helpful and knowledgeable know what they're talking With chemicals they will sell you what you need not try to sell you the entire farm Highly recommended Add a pool for 30 to 40 years they are very good Definitely my go to pool store Highly recommended
