I have a great, long standing relationship with Roger Barnett. Our sales rep he's been excellent to deal with. Very attentive. We recently updated our chemical feed system for our pool to the DCM3. Awesome system, but getting used to the new system has been a big learning curve. In that area Frank Vanek has been OUTSTANDING, whenever I ran into a hiccup I could always reach out to him for a resolution to our problem. I would be pulling my hair out if it wasn't for him.
