This company is AWFUL to do business with. Poor/No service on equipment. If you choose to sign a contract with them, look closely at the contract as they will suck you in for 5 years and if you don't cancel, it automatically renews. The billing department is out of state and horrible to work with as well. We did not receive a bill one billing period a few years ago and received threats from the offices in Ohio saying they were the "Pre-Legal Department" and would take us to court if we did not pay our bill...of $81.20!
